Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from Billing. No commitment. When you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the paid period.
What happens to my saved words if I cancel?
Your words stay in your account. The free plan allows up to 15 saved words. If you already have more, you keep them and can add new ones once you are below the limit or upgrade to Premium.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can use the app as a guest (no account) or sign up on the Free plan without entering a card. You only need it to go Premium.
What are the Free plan limits exactly?
6 translations per day, with or without an account. Read the first 10% of each book's content, with a minimum sample of 6000 characters or the whole book if shorter. You also get 12 short translations per day for texts under 300 characters excluding spaces.
Is the annual plan refundable?
Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period; we don't refund time already used. For exceptional cases, contact us.
